Get Smart & Love Guru In Theaters This Week 20 June

After been bombarded with superhero movies, it's time to get some air for comedies instead. Am I right? This week two comedy blockbusters of 'Get Smart' [Steve Carell] and 'The Love Guru' [Mike Myers]. 'Get Smart' will most likely to top the box office this weekend as it receives a lots of a very good word of mouth from the film critics, citing the film as good comedy suitable for all type of age. 'The Love Guru' will rely mostly to the credibility of Mike Myers [thanks to his tremendous effort in Austin Powers Trilogy] but the critics are not in favor with that movie and it has drawn fire - from activist groups claiming that its mocking of a phony-baloney Indian spiritual leader treads heavily on Hindi religious sensitivities. We'll see either it can grab the No.2 spot. I'm not quite sure bout this because 'The Incredible Hulk' seems to be still strong at the box-office, furthermore the review is so good.
My predictions this weekend 1) Get Smart USD35Million and 2) The Love Guru USD20Million - Ibrahem.S

Maxwell Smart (Steve Carell) is on a mission to thwart the latest plot for world domination by the evil crime syndicate known as KAOS. When the headquarters of U.S. spy agency Control is attacked and the identities of its agents compromised, the Chief (Alan Arkin) has no choice but to promote his ever-eager analyst Maxwell Smart, who has always dreamt of working in the field alongside stalwart superstar Agent 23 (Dwayne Johnson). Smart is partnered instead with the lovely-but-lethal veteran Agent 99 (Anne Hathaway). Given little field experience and even less time, Smart--armed with nothing but a few spy-tech gadgets and his unbridled enthusiasm--must thwart the doomsday plans of KAOS head Siegfried (Terance Stamp).
