Incredible Hulk & The Happening In Theaters This Week 13 June

This week is the week for 'comic based superhero' Vs 'supernatural thriller'. As Marvel is getting better and better with a very good review for 'Iron Man', therefore expectations will be quite similar as well for 'The Incredible Hulk'. With darker and meaner story plot and the star power of Edward Norton and Liv Tyler, Hulk should regain better audiences compared with the Hulk which directed by Ang Lee in 2003 [as we all know it totally sucks and a box-office flop for that summer]. With the heavy marketing campaign throughout the years, Hulk will be one of the best action flick for this summer indeed. Another chance for Bruce Banner??
Mark Wahlberg also returns this week with 'The Happening', a supernatural thriller which directed by the king of suspense M.Night Shyamalan. With his directorial box-office success of 'The Six Sense' and 'The Signs', not forgetting as well the flops of 'Unbreakable', 'The Village' and 'The Lady In The Water'. 'The Happening' will be the next benchmark either audiences still love the thrills and suspense from this director. Nevertheless, Markie Mark is still the best. I love his performance in 'The Shooter' last year and I'd might expect it's getting better for this one though.
My predictions this weekend 1) Incredible Hulk USD$75Million and 2) The Happening USD35Million. - Ibrahem.S

"The Incredible Hulk," to be directed by Louis Leterrier, will return to the roots of the long-running comic series, combining a well-developed character storyline with incredible action and fun. Zak Penn, who previously collaborated with Marvel on X2 and this summer's smash hit X-Men: The Last Stand, is writing the script. The project is being produced by Avi Arad, Kevin Feige and Gale Ann Hurd and will be executive produced by Michael Helfant and Ari Arad.

Julianne Moore stars in this dramatization of the shocking Barbara Daly Baekeland murder case, which happened in a posh London flat on Friday 17 November 1972. The bloody crime caused a stir on both sides of the Atlantic and remains one of the most memorable American Tragedies. Based on the Natalie Robins book.
